What this service is

DocExtract reads invoices, receipts and statements and turns the values it finds into a table you can export. The reading happens in your browser. We do not receive your documents.

Accuracy

Extraction is automated and makes mistakes. Typed text in a PDF is read exactly; photographs and scans go through OCR and will sometimes be wrong. You are responsible for checking every number before using the export for accounting, tax or legal purposes. We do not provide accounting advice.

Your allowance

Each browser gets 20 documents per calendar month for free. A purchased pack adds a fixed number of documents and does not expire. Allowance is tied to a random browser identifier stored in your browser; clearing site data will disconnect you from your allowance.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Creem, which handles tax and receipts. Prices are shown before payment. Packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.

Refunds

If the tool does not work for your documents, email us within 14 days with your Creem order id and we will refund it.

Acceptable use

• Do not process documents you have no right to process.
• Do not attempt to automate or resell the service without an agreement.
• Do not use it to build a database of other people's personal data.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
